Not happy with your pricing. Told one thing on the phone and then billed for another much higher amount after the tech completed the work. Also invoice had no breakdown on parts or labor charges. He came back and made an adjustment.Have to wait a couple of months to see if this opener is reliable.I see you have miitary discounts.I was never asked and never received one.Also being 80,never asked or received senior discount.Also just saw a $50.00 coupon with the opener I had installed.Never asked.How do I used that.

After a terrible accident in which I suffered 3 injured fingers from a malfunctioning garage door I have been consistent about doing garage door check-ups on a periodic basis. Mike was thorough and patient and very personable. He checked everything on the door, rebalanced and lubricated the existing system and explained the door mechanism to me. I purchased another remote because mine was not working properly. Excellent service!

We had two doors done with Precision Doors this year, one at my home and one at my parents home. In both cases we had to bring a technician back as both projects were done incomplete or not done correctly. I also just had a very unsatisfactory phone call with Precision after the technician completed work at my parents home today and left my 88 year old father with some further work to caulk open areas to close some gaps. Walt I have left you e-mails on the latest issue with no response. I do not plan to do any further business with Precision and will certainly not be recommending your service to friends or family.

After receiving his check for solving one problem, the technician said he wanted to take a look at the wall unit. After he left I read the message on it: "excessive closing force detected" . The door now refuses to close. It comes down and then goes back up again. I have never experienced that and it was not why I called your company in the first place.
