I looked at an old phone book, that's how I found Precision. Paul got me sorted out temporarily. I am on a waiting list for a new door. However, would like for it to be done in warmer weather. Also, the door has failed to fully close twice since then. Paul said the Liftmaster will be OK to use. Perhaps your staff could check it when they come. Chris wasw our technician. He arrived within the time frame expected and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how it could be fixed. We added to the scope of the project when we asked about the installation of new garage door openers. Chris gave us a quote and we decided to go ahead and install them. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Chris immediately got to work and once installed took time to help us set up our door entry and answered all questions.
