Just had a weatherstrip replaced on one of my doors. (only lasted 7 years). Although I found the cost to be a bit expensive, the technician was fantastic. He greeted me very professionally was all smiles and did a great job. Mike Maghakian did a great job and was super easy going. Very satisfied with the service he provided.

Technician Mike M. called ahead & was able to arrive 1 hr. earlier than scheduled (worked out great for me!.) Basically rebuilt 1 of my 2 garage doors; cleaned/lubed/balanced both. The quality of parts he used were much higher than the OEM parts they replaced: cast-iron (as opposed to stamped steel) pulleys; heavier-duty cables; sealed bearing rollers, etc. He worked quickly & efficiently. I'm very happy with the work performed by Mike & Precision, & will get Mike back out here when the 2nd door inevitably needs a rebuild.

We were pleased to have Mike M. visit us today. He even came 3 hours earlier! Our brackets, wiring for the door sensors and sensors needed to be replaced. He also lubricated the door track and joints and it is much quieter. Thank you for explaining what needed to be done and showing us the parts. Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.

I picked Precision from the internet after reading several reviews. I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing two doors. Mike came as scheduled and walked me through the process and was very helpful. He took the time to make a repair so I could use the garage until the new doors were installed. He said it would be 4 weeks and the doors were installed ion that time frame. Rob the installer arrived as scheduled and very professional installed both doors and explained the warranty to me and left the garage spotless and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend this company.
