I called precision for the same reason i called in the past. You provide same day service. Our garage door opener/ spring and cable broke around 11 am. I called right away and got an appointment at 4pm. The repair tech was on time and knowledgable. Great job and great service. Thank you Please continue your same day service capability. I had a garage door that would not seal properly and left an open quarter-inch gap on the right side of the door. Frank from Precision Door arrived and did stellar work diagnosing as well as fixing the problem. A professional with twenty years of experience in this field, he already had wood and hardware supplies in his van. His skill at woodwork created a solution that resulted in a door operating far more smoothly and quietly. The gap was closed, and thus there will no longer be opportunities for insects and small rodents to enter the garage when the weather gets colder. Hats off to Frank and Precision Door Service!
