Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best! Christopher called ahead to confirm his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with our garage doors quickly and replaced the pulleys and rollers in no time. Our doors are now quieter and close perfectly. Christopher really takes pride in his work. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was done well. I appreciate the fact that I was able to see his picture on the website before he arrived. Precision is incredibly professional from the moment I made the appointment until I received the invoice. I highly recommend Precision. I am extremely happy with the work that was done.

Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.

We found you on Angie's List highly recommended and then read quite a few of the reviews on your own website. Called Tuesday afternoon and appointment was easily made for Thursday. Lou arrived, took a quick look and knew immediately what was needed and then made the necessary repair. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed my door in no time. It was great to be able to use a coupon from your website. Thanks for the good service!

Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated. Matt was on time and very helpful with his assessment, very professional and courteous with some advice on further troubleshooting/ power surge protection. It's unfortunate that I had to pay a service fee ($79) for something that I should have been able to figure out myself, but I appreciate his time. Thanks, Meg N.
