Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job. Tom was a true professional. I would recommend Tom and Precision Door to anyone of my family or friends. Excellent company to do business with!

In order to be fair I will score based on each aspect of my experience. I called precision because my web search found them first with advertised same day service. Prompt service grade 1.. I was told two day wait. Actual service performed by the technician was pleasant and efficient. Grade 5. Cost was very high.the repair was simple, replace cables $198.. Grade 1

We are sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations. We did listen to the phone call... we offered you earlier appointments they simply didn't fit with your schedule. As a result I'm not sure its fair to grade us on a two day wait! As indicated by your safety survey report indicates, there was a lot of issues with your door. The cables were broken (which we replaced), but we did have to spend time adjusting other parts to make sure the door would work properly. We still recommend you address the issues we suggested -- even if you go to another garage door company. If not you are going to have serious issues with your door in a couple years. Again we apologize that we were unable to provide you the level of service you expected.

Jason was great - very knowledgable, on time, and fixed everything very quickly. We plan on replacing our garage door in the spring and will definitely call you!

My wife called around for a garage technician. It was the personal interaction/ customer service on the phone that sold us to work with Precision. When the tech arrived at the house he was on time, helpful and very informative. Most of all he work quite well with us. He listened to us and made sure all questions were answered. we are quite impressed with the customer service and how the job was handled. Thank you very much and we will be seeing you when my other garage door opener breaks down...as it has been 14 years.
