Was very happy with same-day service for broken garage door with my car trapped inside. Matt G showed up in a couple of hours and with his help got the door open. Matt was very knowledgeable giving me the possible options and tradeoffs. Unfortunately, was not really reasonable to repair (60 yr old components) since I knew I needed a new one anyway. Matt quickly prepared a written estimate and described process and schedule for replacing the door, which I look forward to having in a few weeks.

I called precision at 3pm and they were at our house at 4:15pm. Our garage door had broken springs and pulleys, the door was off-line and would not open from the transponder. Our Technician Tom, was fast efficient and knowledgable. He did a complete tune up replacing all wheels and pulleys, putting in new electronic eyes and even programming our car built in transponder. All this with no hassles. The door operates like new again, Thank You Precision!!

As we tried to explain to Mr. Mclean, the AAA members deal was a promotion that we did with AAA as a benefit to their members. When customers book their appointment with us we always mention that they needed to purchase the coupon prior to our arrival and to present the coupon to the technician. For us to have sold Mr. Mclean a coupon on the spot would have been a breach of our agreement with AAA as well as being unethical. We are sorry that things didn't workout the way he had hoped, but we honor our contractual relationships.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. IT TOOK THEM NO TIME TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND MY GARAGE DOORS WAS UP IN RUNNING IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THEY ALSO OFFERED ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP MY GARAGE DOORS WORKING BETTER AND NOT NEED AS MUCH SERVICE. PRECISION IS LUCKY TO HAVE MEN LIKE THIS REPRESENTING THEM DAN CARDINALE SOUTH BOSTON MA. 02127

I don't give five stars lightly... these guys have wowed me twice. They repaired our garage door several years ago promptly and for a reasonable price. The door is old and gets a lot of use. On Sunday night we found that we had a broken spring. I called on Monday shortly after 7 a.m. and was told that they would have someone out before 10 a.m. Within two hours of my call, the door was fully repaired. That is incredible service for a Monday morning. Thanks!

Scott was an hour late -- he did call you warn me, but I had arranged my day around the scheduled appointment. He did explain my options and fixed my opener. I was a bit frustrated that the part was special order and that we had to set up another appointment.
