I got a tune up and roller replacement coupon from AAA. The tech Gary Richtmeyer was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He educated me on my opener/door and gave me great advice to keep it running smoothly. I will only use Precision from now on and will recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service in the future!

The serviceman showed up on time and found the problem very quickly. The repair itself took almost no time at all. I've contacted other companies and it seems all they want to do is sell you a new door. That wasn't the case here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

this was the best and quickest repair I've ever seen. the tech. came in at the right time assessed the problem and gave me a ball park figure of the cost of the repair. He even followed up with some research on various options the following day. 5 stars. Precision responded very quickly after our old garage door opener broke. They suggested the best one for our garage and it was installed the day we called. They also insisted on doing a very good cleanup, even though we said it was not completely necessary. Their repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with! And.... we have been very happy with the new opener, an upgrade for us.

Service was very quick, same day or within 24 hours, phone calls to let me know when the technician would arrive informing me of any delays, etc, with a very pleasant staff person, and a wonderful technician.
