From start to finish my experience with Precision was great. The receptionist was warm and inviting as well as clear in her questions and comments. Paul came out during my time slot having called to let me know exactly when he would be there. He assessed the situation quickly and reassured me that he could take care of it right then. He did. Very slick, impressive customer service. Call-handling and communication by technician as to show-up time were first-rate. Onsite, very competent, efficient and effective.
