We appreciate your comments and understand that there is sticker shock when comparing the prices for our parts vs. those that are sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. The parts are in noway comparable. Parts from Home Depot come with a 30-day warranty, ours came with a 3-year warranty. You may not appreciate the quality of the parts now, but in 5 to 7 years you will.

Mike did a wonderful job and was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do. I was expecting it to take at least an hour to fix, and it took him less than 20 minutes to fix.
