I originally was only replacing my garage door system rollers with nylon ones (with a discount coupon from AAA)but knew that there were other safety issues that needed to be addressed.When Duane, the service technician,arrived, he pointed out that the springs and other parts of the system were unsafe at this point. We talked about options, and came to a decision to do a rebuild which replaced the springs, cables, pulleys and rollers at half the cost of replacing the doors. Not only are my doors quieter, but I know that they are safer. Duane worked efficiently and explained how to keep the system in good working order.
