Mike arrived 15 minutes early (he did call to make sure it was okay to do so). He quickly identified what was wrong my my door and had it fixed within 25 minutes. Very pleasant experience all around.

Matt arrived early and diagnosed a sprocket that needed replacement. Unfortunately, he had already used the three in his truck that day and said he would have to come back first thing in the morning of the following day. He said he would be here at 8:30, but arrived early around 8:00 and completed the replacement and had the door running like new. This was a very professional experience for us overall and it's a pleasure to have a technician with skill and a great personality, too. I recommend Precision Door Service for quality work.
