Chris, our technician is highly experienced and works quickly and efficiently. Our old, thick, heavy, really solid, double sized wooden door is over 50 years old. After Chris replaced the damaged and worn springs, rollers, pulleys and added a safety cable our door is like new. It has never functioned this well in the 35 years we have been in our house.
