I had called two other local garage door repair companies, had to leave voicemails, and never got a return call. I then called Precision, and a real person answered the phone and had an experienced technician out to my home the next day. The technician Mike Thurber called ahead, arrived right on schedule, and quoted a fair price for the work. Within an hour Mike had the springs, pulleys and rollers on both doors fixed and replaced.
