Awesome service and really knowledgeable. Alex just corrected a few issues I've had with my garage door for the last 2 years. Others have looked at it and tried to fix it but not able to do it correctly. Alex stepped me through the process and corrected all of the issues with the door and it's parts. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best! Christopher called ahead to confirm his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with our garage doors quickly and replaced the pulleys and rollers in no time. Our doors are now quieter and close perfectly. Christopher really takes pride in his work. From the woman who answered the phone to Paul, who was my technician everything was perfect. Paul called right before our appointment to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was on time and tested the door. He diagnosed the problem and explained every detail to me so I as the homeowner could understand and make an informed decision. Alex Delgado was wonderful; first he called to say he was running late but actually did arrive in the window of time predetermined. A spring/cable snapped as soon as I had driven into the garage and closed the door. It was around 8PM. It was a frightening experience, as I was standing right near the cable when it snapped. On top of that the car was trapped in the garage. ... and yes I needed to go to work the next day. I googled door repair and Precision came up. "Rebecca" took my call and put me at ease as she scheduled a tech for the next morning. Alex was professional, polite and took care of the job in no time. He explained my options beforehand and then reviewed them at the the end. I would highly recommend Alex and Precision CO. I do wish it was less money but I had no time to compare prices and was very grateful at the turn around time. I give 5 stars for the rating ; }

Cable snapped and spring was damaged. Chris replaced springs, cables and pulleys. During final testing, he saw that the alignment of the runners at the end of the run was binding at the end of the door opening (from the original install). Chris took the time to re-align for a proper opening. All seems smoother than before and the springs appear to be of a higher quality as do the pulleys. Very professional workmanship.
