When looking for a garage door repair service I was drawn to the ad since it stated same day service and hours that would meet my work schedule and provided a Senior Citizen discount. The young man who arrived at my home was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He certainly explained my options clearly. The work was done immediately. I would give them 5 stars

I called and they scheduled the repair the next day. The technician, Brian was professional, explained and showed me the repairs. I needed a part that had to be ordered he scheduled to come back before he left so I knew the broken door would be working when he came back. Chose Precision because I had an urgent problem and liked your website with the instant live chat and because you responded so quickly. I accidentally lowered the garage door with the remote while the trunk door was open and the trunk door got stuck and garage door wouldn't open again so couldn't get to my car. This was late Friday afternoon and a technician (Ron) was scheduled for the next day--a Saturday! He was prompt (half an hour early), friendly, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. He resolved the problem in no time. Will call you in a heartbeat for any future problems.

Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

This company was a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to the installer everything was smooth and professional. The product is better than I hoped. The installer called prior to coming, was very professional, well organized and completed the project in a timely manner. The old door was removed and taken away with installer. Ray (the installer) explained things well when I had a question. Our old door took 2 people to open and need to be held up with a steel pole now the new door lifts with 2 fingers and Ray even added a little rope handle so I could reach it myself. The new door look beautiful and all the neighbors have commented how great it looks too! Thank you so much Precision Team!!!

I was lucky enough to have Felipe Goncalves come to our house to fix a broken spring. Felipe came in and inspected the damage and gave me a few options. I choose to have new springs, cables, and rollers installed for a special that was available. Felipe was very good as he took the time to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Not only was it done right but Felipe was one of the nicest people i have had the pleasure to meet. I can't say enough good things about Precision and their employees and the excellent work they do. I would highly recommend anyone that has any issues with their garage doors to call Precision ASAP. Certainly was the right decision for me. If I ever have any other issues I'm going straight back to precision as I know the job will be do right.
