You took a 50% deposit of $1,500 and then called and cancelled the appointment. I was told you would call back with a new date and I've heard nothing and left another message. I am unhappy and the person I spoke to, tom, was rude. I want my money back or an actual call back with a date of when this will be completed. It has been 6 weeks

5 Stars for sure. I read such great reviews for the company and the technician who does our area that I called right away for an appt. I was given a day and time and told the technician would call 30 minutes ahead which he did and was on time. He fixed our issue which was a broken spring on our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again and the technician we had which was Michael T. He really new his stuff and was very professional and courteous!

We were pleased to have Mike M. visit us today. He even came 3 hours earlier! Our brackets, wiring for the door sensors and sensors needed to be replaced. I appreciate the timeliness of the response. The assessment addressed flaws I was aware of and agreed to look at options for door replacement in the future. A minor adjustment was made to secure the 2x4 and fixing a wire. I specifically asked to make sure the door was opening and closing before he left as I was working. After work the door would not open automatically or manually. At least before he came the door opened manually. I notified Paul and he was indifferent and basically said I needed new doors.

We are very sorry that you feel that you didn’t have the experience you expected. We make every effort to work with our customers to give them the solution that fits their needs. Sometimes things simply don’t workout the way either party wants. As this customer states her doors were not working properly. In fact, both doors needed a great deal of work to the counter balance systems (to make them safe and able to function dependably). Unfortunately, her door sections were also in bad shape (they failed our structural tests). Our technician tried to explain this to the customer, but she had to attend to a conference call and asked him to just make them operable. The technician reattached the operator rail to the header (somehow it had become unattached), re-spliced the wires to the operator safety eyes, and made sure the door could go up and down. The customer did call us back later that day saying the door wasn’t working. We tried to set her up with an appointment, but she did not want us to do that. We agreed not to charge her for the visit, given that she was not happy and that we had not used any parts. We have spoken to this customer several times trying to bring this to a resolution that she was happy with. Obviously, we could not achieve this – again we are sorry, but we fail to see how this was a “terrible” experience. Sometimes customers fail to realize that some doors (especially those that have been neglected and not maintained for years) reach a point that inexpensive band aides simply don’t solve their problems and at times make things worse.

Mike was on time, diagnosed the problems quickly, and fixed them on the spot. He also provided good maintenance advice. Thank you!

Opening up the motor housing confirmed his assessment. He clearly described the the choice of repair options and associated cost. Like the security of knowing who is coming by seeing picture and name. And knowing have been security checked. Mike explained different routes I could take and different costs. I made final choice which was to me least costly and solves problems (I hope). Of course with Mikes knowledge. Anything over hundred dollars scares me.....lol. I looked at an old phone book, that's how I found Precision. Paul got me sorted out temporarily. I am on a waiting list for a new door. However, would like for it to be done in warmer weather. Also, the door has failed to fully close twice since then. Paul said the Liftmaster will be OK to use. Perhaps your staff could check it when they come. Paul was very nice, very efficient and likeable. So far, I am glad I called Precision, and I was truly grateful for the quick response. Marie

Called and made an appointment for an estimate, the representative, Mike T., was very helpful. The door was installed in the time frame quoted, they were responsive and professional. The door looks beautiful, the price reasonable and I recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

They were able to service my automatic garage doors. The technician was very nice, excellent interaction. He recommended greasing the door tracks and I agreed. An expensive little procedure at $55.00/per door and $85.00 labor. It took all of ten minutes. Buyer beware.

Hi Walt, Paul priced out the project (total replacement of doors and all equipment) and Rob installed. Both were on time, friendly and thorough. We are waiting for the correct windows to come in and understand they'll be here shortly. A very minor glitch which Rob addressed on the spot. Not happy with your pricing. Told one thing on the phone and then billed for another much higher amount after the tech completed the work. Also invoice had no breakdown on parts or labor charges. The customer service representative and installing technitians are very good: professional, efficient and friendly. However, the door manufacturer seemed to be a problem. I accidentally hit my garage door and ordered a same size new one in early Sept,2018. The first door came in Nov with wrong size. Then I waited for another 30days and were told the second door came with the wrong window glass. I had to wait for another 30days before I finally got my right door installed. It's difficult to understand how the manufacturer could made it wrong twice since this was just a repeat order.

Great service. Garage floor buckled because water had gotten underneath and door closed leaving a gap. He was able to increase the pressure so door closed better. He explained things well.

Mike was the representative that arrived at my home in a very timely manner. He was polite and eager to please. My only criticsm I have is the $105.00 service charge. All Mike had to do w as reprogram the opener. Took a couple of minutes.
