Contract says 3 to 4 weeks until delivery, salesperson said four to six weeks, insulation actually took 7 weeks. Mounted the controller next to a window so anybody could just reach in and open up the garage. The Wi-Fi serial numbers don't match. The light doesn't work and they installed the unit with a battery that is more than half dead. In sum not very happy.

I selected Precision Garage Overhead Door Service after having come across an online video that highlighted that the Precision overhead door company seeks whenever possible to repair a garage door opener rather than replace it with a new one. The video also noted the company does not take the short cuts that some garage door opener companies take and seeks to perform in the best possible manner. My call to Precision was a shot in the dark to have the motor raised on my garage door opener and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The serviceman was totally competent and professional; and he had the knowledge and the tools to provide just the service that I needed. The cost for his services was quite reasonable. I am very relieved that my problem has been solved and I will be quick to call Precision again when the need arises.

He came back and made an adjustment.Have to wait a couple of months to see if this opener is reliable.I see you have miitary discounts.I was never asked and never received one.Also being 80,never asked or received senior discount.Also just saw a $50.00 coupon with the opener I had installed.Never asked.How do I used that.

I am very happy with the service. Paul called prior to coming, and showed up at the promised time. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. He even took the time to re-program my car's garage door button. I can't vouch for the reasonableness of the price for the new LiftMaster opener, but it certainly seems to be very high quality, 1/2 horsepower, with several advanced features, i.e, remote Wi-Fi control capability, separate light control, etc.

Precision installed 2 new garage doors. At the initial visit they recommended that I needed some additional structural work before they could install. When that was complete, they came again and reviewed the work before taking my order. Their work is excellent and the doors are beautiful. All employees were polite and helpful. They also provided near by addresses so I could see similar doors in advance with the approval of their customers.

I was charged over the 104.00 I was told for the service call. There were not parts required except to replace a lightbulb and it was my light bulb. Can you also explain to me why your service people don't carry batteries for remote garage door openers or key padswhen that maybe the problem? Not happy with the service quality and cost when your service person was only here for 10-15 minutes.

I am very sorry that you didn't have the experience you expected. As explained on the call when you booked your appointment, we do charge a service call to come out to your home. We have tried to carry light bulbs in our vans in the past. However, the fact that the guys drive work vans filled with parts the light bulbs never lasted -- the filaments kept breaking do to the bumpy ride. I guess this is why you don't buy lamps with light bulbs. Again, we are sorry you didn't have the experience you expected.

Paul did a fantastic job. He explained everything before he started, answered all my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others, and Paul in particular. Sorry, I didn't have any Milk Bones for Rainer....
