Ron Lecours has worked for Precision Door for over 12 years. Although Ron is the General Manager, he continues to work in the field when needed. He enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and golf. He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Ron has worked for a few different Precision Door franchises. He attended Lyndon State College for two years with a double major in ski resort management and marketing.

Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

I called Precision around 2pm after the spring on my garage door broke. Ron, the technician, arrived at my house by 4pm (ahead of schedule!). He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly - including different options and prices. He had all necessary parts on the truck and was able to fix the door within 30 mins. I can't say enough good things about Ron and Precision. I highly recommend them!

I range Precision because they had good reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Firstly the young lady in the call center was polite & very helpful and arrange for service technician to be at my home very quickly. Just over an hour later Ron the service technician arrived at my home, he looked at the garage door, asked a few questions, then showed /explained what the problem was , he then told me the price and how he got to that amount, I told him to go ahead and do the repair, which he did. The door is working great now. Thank You.

I would highly recommend Precision Doors. The technician Ron had a great attitude and did not give up trying to resolve the issue. I have a detached garage and all remotes or key would not open the garage. Ron had to take out a window in the back of the garage and climb through to get into the garage to open the door to diagnose the issue. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor about the situation as one of my neighbors got concerned. Ron and I were able to assure my neighbor all was well. Thank you Ron for not giving up.
