Couldn't close garage door with automatic door opener because door was binding when being lowered. The automatic opener thought there was an obstruction and would open it again. Paul Osborne quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out parts (rollers, pulleys, cables and springs). He performed a safety inspection of the automatic opener and found it to be in good working order. Paul then provided and cost to perform the repair which I needed to approve before he would begin. Paul arrived on time, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of the repair he reviewed the work he had completed and made sure I was satisfied. Should the need arise would not hesitate to do business again with Precision and Paul.

After receiving his check for solving one problem, the technician said he wanted to take a look at the wall unit. After he left I read the message on it: "excessive closing force detected" . The door now refuses to close. It comes down and then goes back up again. I have never experienced that and it was not why I called your company in the first place.

Hi Walt, I had Paul come to service my garage door on 8/24/18 that your company installed on 9/2015. My request for the service call was to fix the noise when the door opens. Paul could not fix the problem and now the noise is going up and down. When the door is unhooked the garage door open and closing is quiet. The second garage door that you installed at the same time is quiet all the time. Paul was polite and listened to my problem and I enjoyed working with him but the noise still is there and I am not happy with the results which I had to pay for. I look forward to your feed back about my garage door problem. Thanks.

I chose Precision Door because you accepted credit cards. The person who installed the doors did an excellent job, however, I will be calling your company because you need to order an extra replacement piece of light gray weather stripping because the installer damaged one strip during the installation. A screw tore a hole through it. Otherwise, excellent and thank you. I ordered two new garage doors and two new automatic door openers. I would give you a five star rating.

For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.
